This is some Frothy Jazz/Jack & Jill/Other Attic artwork I just did to use as my “Cover Photo” or whatever on Facebook. I’m considering making a Facebook page for my comic. Haven’t decided yet… Hmm..

In any case, this depicts new versions of Jack, Jill, Duck, Bio, Clay and Mr. Stick (Atticus). Clay is breaking the 4th wall, sitting on my profile picture and not participating in the actual event depicted. Jill, Duck and Bio are reaching out for Jack who is being carried off by Mr. Stick (Atticus) into darkness.

Mr. Stick doesn’t usually have wings, but it is foreshadowing of events that happen later in the story. It worked well with the image I wanted, though, so I used that version of him.

I got my Air Conditioner put back in earlier than expected, so work will resume on the normal group photo next, then back to the full Clay picture I was doing last year, followed by an unfinished picture of Verdugo that I was working on.

Ugh. It figures that just as I start getting in the groove of drawing again, the weather/temperature takes a turn for the worst.

Here in NJ (or at least wherever I am right now), the heat is atrocious for 90% of the days this week and past few days. Fan’s doing nothing, can’t use the A/C right now, my room is like a box of heat and I am still running a desktop computer, so I can’t move anywhere in order to continue work on the group shot I was doing.

I’m a man. I get all sweaty on the tablet when drawing inside of a hotbox in front of the roaring engine of an outdated computer that generates more heat… so obviously, I can’t do *anything* right now unless I find some gloves and stick them in a freezer or something. D:

As soon as this crap subsides, I will begin working on my artses again. I know only like 2-3 people follow this, but now you know why I was all gung-ho a couple of days ago and then BAM, nothing. Ah man, sucks. Haha.

Bio is not done, as you can see (no arms).

I am intending on placing most of the main characters here (Duck and Atticus/Mr. Stick are soon to follow, and most likely Rail and Moth; we’ll see). Didn’t get to post the other day because I lost internet. DOH!

OH GOD.

So I realized I’m still a man of false promises. I guess 2012 is the year for me. Ugh. I’m hopeless.

Anyway, I decided that, since I don’t do anything with this, I’m going to just make it a general blog now, posting things I find funny or interesting or relevant, in addition to comic stuff whenever I get around to posting things finally.

I apologize to anyone who actually cared, since I haven’t posted any of my own stuff yet, but it will happen eventually, but I’m not going to make any more false promises on dates and windows for posting unless I absolutely know.

Having said that, this will now be a blog for, not only my comic stuff, but for random pictures, video game stuff, and random bits of my life.

DAMN STRAIGHT. Let’s see what happens.

Aha! So I have finally sat down and edited the background/heading/buttons and so on.

Drew everything myself and toyed around with everything to make it vaguely interesting (hopefully). I think it’s cool. SO WHATEVER.

Anyway, now that I am happy with the way the site looks (I think) I can start posting stuff. I’ve been drawing a few things, so expect to potentially see them during the week. I will be posting some characters from “Other Attic” almost definitely, so check back soon.

Characters and scenes (both Other Attic and Jack & Jill related) coming throughout the month. Not sure how many, but they’re coming. I’ll update on that next week.

This is the post where I say “Oh hey guys! I’m new to tumblr!”

I’ve created this as an outlet for my comics and the characters within them. I started a brand new deviantArt specifically for it a few months ago as well, but it has a lot of older crap on it as well. Tumblr says “Fuck the old stuff. I don’t want to see how bad you were at drawing in 2004! Give me something new and interesting!”, so that’s exactly what I plan to do.

I am in the process of drawing promotional scenes and brand new character art, so check back in soon. I apologize if I am a little slow, however, as I do tend to let other things distract me. I’m only human.
